After the previous tutorial on anal breathing, we turn on all-fours for a more primal approach to the practice
When it comes to using our body as a tool for transformation, deepening our breath is key.
So many of our patterns are held in our breath and in our midline.
As we learn to switch our breathing from the mouth and nose to our anus, we find the ability to shift patterns which affect our consciousness.
We begin to find ourselves being moved by our breath and being breathed by our breath, tapping into delicious new levels of effortlessness.
Following up from the lecture and demonstration in part 1, this video offers a guided practice that will allow you to dive inwards and awakening deeper intelligence with these learnings and concepts.
